Very tasty only as far as my guesses are concerned, the burger is way too small in contrast to other deserves.

Instead of 150 grams of meat, unfortunately only 80-90 grams. The Chicken Deluxe with double meat came to 150 grams. Wrong burger sauce. The whole thing cold and the salad dressing expired for 16 days. The replacement came quickly, but the small piece of chicken on the burger had apparently lost its second half again.

Ordered two burgers online at 7:47 pm. Set off at 8:06 p.m. Arrived at 8:35 p.m. The burgers were visually okay, but completely cold.

The food itself is not bad, but unfortunately it always arrives cold, really bad performance! My money is definitely better invested elsewhere !!

Unfortunately, the wrong thing was delivered again and again and when I called, I was offered a voucher that I didn't want. Then I was promised that I would get a burger - and unfortunately it didn't arrive. I didn't get the money back either. A few months ago I had good experiences twice and unfortunately it has not been good service for a few months. Pity.....

Unfortunately the worst delivery service experience so far. The burgers themselves are good. It took over an hour to deliver. The driver was simply incapable. He drove to number 9 and wondered why he couldn't find 13 instead of just driving on. Three phone calls with the driver did not help because he spoke hardly any German and did not respond to offers of help. Accordingly, cold food for just under 18 euros.

Food is good, but delivery is very bad. I wait more and more time .. about 50min

Burgers are great! But, if you already take a € 2 delivery fee and promise a € 2 voucher for delivery times> 30 minutes, then stick to it. It can take a little longer, no problem. Simply mark the delivery as done after 29 minutes is really close to the fake!

Delivery took place in 45 minutes instead of the promised 30 minutes. In addition, the supplier did not read the delivery note for the upper floor and went wrong with the elevator, which again led to delays. The icing on the cake was that the order was not complete and the sweet potato fries were missing with 2 menu orders. For this we were charged 1 euro extra. The promised "fresh fries in 30 minutes thanks to a secret recipe" were limp and only lukewarm.

Got lukewarm, sticky food delivered after more than 50 minutes. The phone just hung up. For the money I prefer to order or eat somewhere else.

Burgers were ok, even if not all requests were taken into account. Unfortunately the first delivery arrived after 45 minutes, the fries were sticky and a burger was completely wrong. After we called the hotline, we were forwarded to the branch. We were promised that we would get a new delivery immediately. The new delivery was then again 50 minutes away. The supplier was nice, but completely overwhelmed by the situation. Of course he did not have the voucher promised by the "boss" for the delay and the other inconveniences and also knew nothing about it. The fries were sticky again, which is not surprising given the delivery time of 50 minutes. That was probably the last order from burger me, too bad.

Tasted really good. Staff friendly and went quickly. Fritz Cola had them too. ,) Unfortunately, ambience is neglected. A little structure and especially some fresh (real!) Plants would certainly work wonders here. ,)

I am very satisfied with Burgerme, I often order there. The food is always very warm for me and the drivers are really lightning-quick on site, your customers appreciate it. You can also drive all perfect really good delivery drivers employed like rally drivers. Delivery time from order about 30min which I personally find in order. 👍🍔🍟🚘

If you like burgers, this is the place for you! The burgers are always freshly prepared, the staff are extremely friendly, the service is quick and there is also a delivery service. EXCELLENT!
